Hello Everyone:
Well…we lost a bit of time last week with all the rain. Believe it or not, we have a lot of standing water in the front yard. The forecast is better for the middle and end of the week, so while it’s pouring outside, we’re busy at work sequencing. Seeing as how the quarantine has been extended till the end of April, we’ll need more songs (ugh). We’re probably about 25% set up, maybe (being very optimistic) by the end of next weekend we’ll be ready to go. We’ll let you know how we’re doing. Have a great week, and don’t worry, once the rain stops, you’re gill slits will disappear!!

By the way, you can get up-to-the-minute updates at our Facebook page,

Happy Hump Day!!. (Late post from last week)

Setup will commence tomorrow. It won’t be the entire display, but a majority of it. I’ll have 4 or 5 “situationally acceptable” sequences that we’ll cycle through. We won’t have the FM radio transmitter out but I’m hoping it’ll be warm enough that we won’t need it. Come by, hang around for a bit (6 feet apart or you’ll suffer the consequences) and take your mind off the stress for a little bit and hopefully have a little fun.

I’ll let you know when we’re ready to go. It’ll be early to mid next week, at least. Thanks for your patience.

By the way, if you’re so inclined, Lights on Jacob Lane will be up and running too. You’ll remember Greg and his family from GCLF this past winter. If you haven’t checked them out yet, you absolutely have to.

I’m sure you understand that we won’t be accepting any donations for the Food Bank of Central New York or anything. But if the spirit moves you, feel free to donate to them. Don’t forget about them, please, you know that they play an important role in our area and this is a difficult time for them too.

Thanks.
Koehler Family Christmas.
